A Dorchester Collection hotel on rue de Rivoli opposite the Tuileries Garden, near the Louvre, once home to surrealist artists. It has newly restored rooms, Alain Ducasse's restaurant, Le Dalí designed by Philippe Starck, and La Maison Valmont spa.
