Find All The Best — Terms of Service

Effective Date: 3 October 2026

Version: 1.2

Last Updated: 3 October 2026

Welcome to Find All The Best ("FATB," "Find All The Best," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Find All The Best governing your access to and use of the Find All The Best website, applications, marketplace, profiles, listings, communication tools, referral and invitation systems, membership services, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering for, applying to, purchasing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

What is in this document

There are two documents to read here, and this is one of them. The other is the Privacy Policy.

This one is in four parts:

  • Part One — Using Find All The Best, sections 1 to 40. What FATB is and is not, who may use it, what it may do about an account, and the law that applies.
  • Part Two — Membership, sections 41 to 61. What membership is, what it costs, how to cancel it, and when it can be taken away.
  • Part Three — Paying and being paid, sections 62 to 93. Charges, refunds, payouts, chargebacks, taxes and disputes about money.
  • Part Four — Contact and acknowledgement, sections 94 and 95.

Parts Two and Three were separate documents until 19 September 2026 — the Membership Terms and the Payments & Refunds Policy. They are here now, so that what you agree to is one agreement rather than several. Nothing was added to them and nothing was softened; where the same rule was written twice, it appears once.

Part One

Using Find All The Best

Part One applies to everyone, whether or not you hold a membership.

1. About Find All The Best

Find All The Best is a curated discovery and marketplace platform designed to connect users with exceptional:

  • Businesses
  • Professionals
  • Products
  • Services
  • Venues
  • Experiences
  • Entertainment
  • Events
  • Luxury goods
  • Other eligible offerings

FATB provides technology and services intended to facilitate discovery, connection, communication, referrals, recommendations, bookings, purchases, and other interactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FATB is not the manufacturer, seller, provider, contractor, employer, broker, agent, or representative of independent Providers/Sellers listed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be aged 18 or over, and meet the legal requirements applicable to your location, to use FATB.

You represent that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.
  • You have authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You will comply with applicable law.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

Additional eligibility requirements may apply to particular roles or services.

3. The four FATB user roles

FATB may support four primary user roles.

A. Seekers / Buyers

Seekers/Buyers use FATB to discover, research, contact, purchase from, book, or otherwise engage with Providers/Sellers.

B. Providers / Sellers

Providers/Sellers offer eligible businesses, products, services, venues, experiences, or other offerings through the Platform.

C. Guides

Guides recommend, nominate, discover, and refer exceptional businesses, professionals, products, services, venues, experiences, and other offerings to FATB.

D. Administrators

Administrators are authorized FATB personnel responsible for managing, reviewing, verifying, moderating, and administering the Platform.

Administrator access is controlled by FATB and is not an ordinary user membership.

4. Account registration

Certain Platform features require an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep information current.
  • Maintain the security of your account.
  • Protect your password and credentials.
  • Notify FATB of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Not impersonate another person or business.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by unauthorized access not reasonably attributable to you.

5. Invitations and referrals

FATB may operate an invitation and referral system.

Invitation privileges may be available to FATB, approved members, and other authorized participants.

Referral codes may be specific to particular roles, including:

  • Provider/Seller
  • Seeker/Buyer
  • Guide
  • Administrator

Invitation codes may be:

  • Limited
  • One-time-use
  • Time-limited
  • Assigned to a recipient
  • Revocable
  • Subject to eligibility requirements

An invitation does not guarantee membership or approval.

FATB retains final authority over account approval.

6. Member invitations

Where enabled, certain members may receive a limited number of invitations.

Members may not:

  • Sell invitations
  • Sell referral codes
  • Spam recipients
  • Create fraudulent referrals
  • Manipulate referral attribution
  • Create fake accounts
  • Misrepresent FATB
  • Circumvent invitation restrictions

FATB may revoke invitation privileges where misuse occurs.

7. Guide program

Guides may submit recommendations to FATB.

A Guide's recommendation may result in FATB:

  • Reviewing a business
  • Contacting a business
  • Inviting a business
  • Requesting verification
  • Approving or declining the business

A Guide does not have authority to guarantee that FATB will approve a recommended business.

Unless FATB expressly establishes a financial referral program, successful referrals do not automatically entitle a Guide to payment, commission, or other monetary compensation.

FATB may provide recognition, badges, rankings, or other non-monetary acknowledgement.

8. Membership

Certain Platform features may require membership.

Membership may be subject to:

  • Application
  • Approval
  • Fees
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Verification
  • Role-specific conditions

Membership is a privilege and does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance of every application
  • Search placement
  • Leads
  • Sales
  • Bookings
  • Referrals
  • Revenue
  • Business opportunities
  • Customer acquisition
  • Specific Platform visibility

Additional membership provisions are in Part Two of these Terms.

9. Provider and seller listings

Providers/Sellers may create profiles and listings for eligible offerings.

Providers/Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings are:

  • Accurate
  • Complete
  • Current
  • Lawful
  • Not misleading

FATB may modify, restrict, feature, rank, suspend, or remove listings in accordance with these Terms and applicable policies.

10. Business and professional verification

FATB may verify certain businesses, professionals, products, or other listings.

Verification may involve:

  • Business records
  • Professional licenses
  • Certifications
  • Public information
  • Third-party verification
  • Information supplied by the Provider/Seller

Verification does not constitute an absolute guarantee or endorsement.

A verified status may be removed if information changes or verification requirements are no longer satisfied.

11. Products and services

Providers/Sellers are responsible for the products and services they offer.

FATB does not generally manufacture, own, inspect, deliver, or provide third-party products or services.

Providers/Sellers are responsible for:

  • Quality
  • Safety
  • Legality
  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Delivery
  • Performance
  • Refunds
  • Warranties
  • Licensing
  • Taxes
  • Customer service

12. Transactions between users

A transaction between a Seeker/Buyer and Provider/Seller is generally a transaction between those parties.

FATB may facilitate:

  • Discovery
  • Communication
  • Booking
  • Payment
  • Order processing
  • Other transaction-related services

unless otherwise expressly stated.

FATB is not automatically a party to every transaction.

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms applicable to each transaction.

13. Payments

Certain Platform services and transactions may require payment.

Payments may include:

  • Membership fees
  • Product purchases
  • Service bookings
  • Deposits
  • Platform fees
  • Other applicable charges

Payment terms are governed by Part Three of these Terms and the applicable transaction terms.

14. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rights may vary depending on the transaction.

Membership fees may have different refund terms from Provider/Seller purchases.

Provider/Seller transactions may be governed by the applicable Provider/Seller refund or cancellation policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Reviews and ratings

FATB may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, recommendations, photographs, videos, and other content.

Reviews must represent genuine experiences.

Users may not:

  • Submit fraudulent reviews
  • Manipulate ratings
  • Purchase reviews
  • Threaten users over reviews
  • Impersonate customers
  • Submit knowingly false information
  • Coordinate deceptive review campaigns

FATB may moderate, remove, or restrict content in accordance with applicable law and Platform policies.

16. User-generated content

Users may submit content including:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Reviews
  • Business descriptions
  • Product descriptions
  • Recommendations
  • Comments
  • Profiles
  • Portfolio material

You retain ownership of content you own.

However, by submitting content to FATB, you grant FATB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, market, and provide the Platform.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

17. Prohibited content

Users may not submit content that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Is fraudulent
  • Is intentionally deceptive
  • Infringes intellectual property
  • Violates privacy rights
  • Contains malicious software
  • Promotes unlawful activity
  • Harasses or threatens another person
  • Impersonates another person or organization
  • Contains unauthorized confidential information
  • Manipulates Platform systems
  • Violates FATB policies

FATB may remove prohibited content.

18. Intellectual property

FATB and its licensors own or control the Platform's:

  • Name
  • Logo
  • Branding
  • Website
  • Software
  • Design
  • Layout
  • Graphics
  • Original content
  • Features
  • Databases
  • Platform technology

Except where expressly permitted, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit FATB intellectual property.

19. Trademarks

"Find All The Best," FATB, logos, slogans, badges, designs, and related branding may constitute trademarks or other intellectual property.

Users may not use FATB branding in a manner that suggests unauthorized sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

20. Third-party services

FATB may integrate or link to third-party services.

These may include:

  • Payment processors
  • Mapping providers
  • Identity verification services
  • Analytics services
  • Communication providers
  • Social platforms
  • Hosting services
  • Other technology providers

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

FATB is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.

21. Communications

FATB may communicate with users through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Push notifications
  • Platform messaging
  • Telephone
  • Other permitted communication channels

Communications may include:

  • Account notifications
  • Security alerts
  • Verification requests
  • Transaction information
  • Booking information
  • Invitations
  • Referral notifications
  • Customer support
  • Promotional communications where permitted

Users may opt out of promotional communications where required by law.

22. Privacy

Your use of FATB is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how FATB collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.

23. Security

Users must not attempt to:

  • Access another user's account
  • Circumvent security
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Interfere with Platform operations
  • Scrape information improperly
  • Reverse engineer protected systems
  • Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization

Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported to FATB.

24. Platform monitoring and moderation

To protect the Platform and its users, FATB may monitor or review activity where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

FATB may:

  • Investigate reports
  • Review listings
  • Review complaints
  • Moderate content
  • Verify accounts
  • Restrict accounts
  • Remove content
  • Suspend users
  • Terminate accounts

FATB does not guarantee that all inappropriate activity will be detected.

25. Account suspension

FATB may suspend an account when reasonably necessary, including where:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Security concerns exist
  • Information is false
  • Verification fails
  • The account is being abused
  • Platform systems are being manipulated
  • Applicable law requires action
  • The account presents a risk to other users or FATB

Where required by law, FATB may provide notice and applicable appeal procedures.

26. Account termination

You may stop using FATB at any time.

FATB may terminate or restrict accounts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Termination may result in:

  • Loss of Platform access
  • Removal of listings
  • Cancellation of invitations
  • Loss of referral privileges
  • Removal of certain badges
  • Cancellation of pending applications
  • Other consequences associated with account closure

Certain provisions survive termination.

27. Disclaimers

FATB provides the Platform on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

FATB does not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be available.
  • The Platform will always be error-free.
  • Listings will always be accurate.
  • Providers/Sellers will perform as represented.
  • Products will meet expectations.
  • Services will meet expectations.
  • Users will behave appropriately.
  • Transactions will be completed.
  • Referrals will produce results.
  • Membership will produce business opportunities.

Users should conduct appropriate due diligence.

28. No professional advice

Information available through FATB should not be treated as:

  • Legal advice
  • Medical advice
  • Financial advice
  • Investment advice
  • Tax advice
  • Professional advice

Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.

29. User responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions concerning:

  • Purchases
  • Services
  • Businesses
  • Professionals
  • Bookings
  • Investments
  • Travel
  • Events
  • Products
  • Other transactions

FATB does not replace your own due diligence.

30. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FATB and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FATB and its owners, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful conduct
  • Your content
  • Your products or services
  • Your business
  • Your transactions
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your misuse of the Platform

32. Disputes between users

Users are responsible for resolving disputes arising from their independent transactions.

FATB may provide support or dispute assistance where applicable, but FATB does not guarantee resolution.

FATB may take action against an account when necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

33. Governing law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute-resolution provisions, including applicable arbitration, venue, jurisdiction, or class-action provisions, will be set forth in accordance with applicable law.

34. Changes to the Platform

FATB may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue:

  • Features
  • Categories
  • Membership levels
  • Search functionality
  • Referral programs
  • Invitation programs
  • Listings
  • Fees
  • Verification programs
  • Ranking systems
  • Promotional programs
  • Other Platform services

Where required by law, FATB will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

35. Changes to these Terms

FATB may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the "Last Updated" date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice.

Your continued use of FATB after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

37. No waiver

FATB's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

38. Entire agreement

These Terms — including Part Two, which governs membership, and Part Three, which governs paying and being paid — together with the applicable:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Business Terms, where you participate as a Provider/Seller
  • Other policies expressly incorporated into the Platform

constitute the agreement governing your use of FATB, subject to any additional terms applicable to specific services.

39. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your FATB account or obligations under these Terms without FATB's authorization, except where permitted by law.

FATB may assign its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

40. Electronic communications

By using FATB electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from FATB where permitted by law.

You agree that electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, and communications may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be provided in writing.

Part Two

Membership

Part Two applies if you apply for, hold, or have held a FATB membership. Until 19 September 2026 it was a separate document called the Membership Terms.

41. What membership is

Find All The Best is a curated discovery and marketplace platform connecting people with exceptional businesses, professionals, products, services, venues, experiences, entertainment, and other offerings.

Membership may provide access to certain Platform features, benefits, visibility, discovery tools, networking opportunities, invitations, or other services depending upon the membership type.

Membership does not guarantee acceptance, approval, verification, business success, sales, bookings, leads, referrals, or any particular level of exposure.

FATB reserves the right to determine membership eligibility and the availability of particular membership benefits.

Membership is open only to people aged 18 or over.

42. Membership categories

FATB may offer different membership categories, including:

A. Provider/Seller Membership

For businesses, professionals, merchants, creators, venues, service providers, and other parties offering products or services.

Provider/Seller membership may allow members to:

  • Create a profile
  • Publish eligible listings
  • Display products or services
  • Receive inquiries
  • Receive referrals
  • Participate in the FATB marketplace
  • Communicate with Seekers/Buyers
  • Receive reviews
  • Access business tools
  • Participate in promotional opportunities
  • Receive invitations or referral allowances where applicable

B. Seeker/Buyer Membership

For individuals seeking exceptional businesses, professionals, products, services, venues, experiences, and other offerings.

Seeker/Buyer membership may allow members to:

  • Search and browse FATB
  • Save listings
  • Create favourites
  • Contact Providers/Sellers
  • Submit inquiries
  • Request services
  • Make bookings or purchases where available
  • Receive recommendations
  • Leave reviews
  • Invite other users where permitted

C. Guide Membership

Guide membership is intended for individuals who identify, recommend, nominate, or refer exceptional businesses, professionals, products, services, venues, and experiences to FATB.

Guide membership may provide access to:

  • Guide submission tools
  • Recommendation tools
  • Referral tracking
  • Guide recognition
  • Guide profile features
  • Guide rankings or recognition levels
  • Limited member invitations
  • Other Guide-specific features

Guide status may require separate approval by FATB.

D. Administrator Access

Administrator access is not an ordinary membership category.

Administrator accounts are issued, controlled, and authorized by FATB.

Administrator access may provide administrative capabilities that are not available to ordinary members.

Administrator privileges may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time where reasonably necessary to protect FATB, its users, or the Platform.

43. Application and approval

Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance.

FATB may review applications based on factors including:

  • Completeness of information
  • Authenticity
  • Professional qualifications
  • Business legitimacy
  • Reputation
  • Category suitability
  • Location
  • Platform standards
  • Verification requirements
  • Availability
  • Community standards
  • Other criteria determined by FATB

What is never a factor, and is never recorded: wealth, income, race, gender, religion, appearance, popularity, social status, number of followers, or perceived lifestyle. Where "reputation" is considered, it means the standing of a business’s work among the people who know that work — never a person’s standing among an audience.

FATB may approve, decline, defer, or request additional information concerning an application.

Where appropriate, FATB may conduct additional verification before approving membership.

44. Invitations and referral codes

FATB may use invitations and referrals as part of its membership model. Sections 5 and 6 set out how invitations and referral codes work; this section adds what applies to members specifically.

Invitation privileges may vary by role and membership level.

Members may not sell, trade, transfer, publicly distribute, manipulate, duplicate, or misuse referral codes unless FATB expressly permits such activity.

FATB may invalidate a referral code if we reasonably believe it has been misused or obtained improperly.

Where member invitations are enabled, FATB may provide members with a limited number of invitations.

The number of available invitations may vary by:

  • Membership type
  • Membership level
  • Account status
  • Guide status
  • Reputation
  • Platform policies
  • Promotional programs

FATB may change invitation allowances from time to time.

Members are responsible for ensuring that invitations are sent appropriately and are not used for spam, harassment, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

45. Guide membership and recognition

Guides play an important role in helping FATB discover exceptional businesses, professionals, products, services, venues, and experiences.

Guide submissions may be reviewed by FATB.

Submitting a recommendation does not guarantee that FATB will:

  • Approve the recommendation
  • Contact the recommended party
  • Invite the recommended party
  • Approve the recommended party
  • Publish the recommended party
  • Provide the Guide with any financial compensation

Unless FATB expressly introduces another program, successful referrals may be recognized through non-monetary recognition.

Recognition may include:

  • Guide status
  • Badges
  • Profile recognition
  • Ranking
  • Achievement levels
  • Public acknowledgement
  • Other recognition determined by FATB

Recognition is subject to FATB's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn.

46. No guarantee of results

Membership is not a guarantee of:

  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Leads
  • Bookings
  • Purchases
  • Referrals
  • Business opportunities
  • Search placement
  • Featured placement
  • Customer acquisition
  • Professional opportunities
  • Investment
  • Employment
  • Partnerships
  • Publicity
  • Reviews
  • Ratings
  • Specific Platform traffic

FATB provides a platform for discovery and connection. Individual business or professional outcomes depend on numerous factors outside FATB's control.

47. Verification

FATB may offer verification programs or badges.

Verification indicates that FATB has completed certain verification procedures or reviewed specified information according to its then-current standards.

Verification does not constitute:

  • A guarantee of quality
  • A guarantee of performance
  • An endorsement of every product or service
  • A guarantee of legality
  • A guarantee of safety
  • A guarantee of financial stability
  • A guarantee of customer satisfaction

FATB may suspend, remove, or change verification status when information changes or circumstances warrant.

48. Member responsibilities

Members agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting account credentials
  • Keeping business information current
  • Maintaining required licenses and qualifications
  • Complying with applicable laws
  • Honouring representations made through FATB
  • Responding appropriately to inquiries
  • Treating other members respectfully
  • Maintaining professional conduct
  • Using the Platform lawfully

Members must not intentionally provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.

49. Provider and seller responsibilities

Providers/Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Products they offer
  • Services they provide
  • Pricing
  • Availability
  • Delivery
  • Quality
  • Warranties
  • Refunds where applicable
  • Customer service
  • Licensing
  • Taxes
  • Legal compliance
  • Representations made to customers

FATB does not become the seller, manufacturer, service provider, contractor, professional, employer, or agent of a Provider/Seller merely because the Provider/Seller uses the Platform.

50. Seeker and buyer responsibilities

Seekers/Buyers are responsible for evaluating Providers/Sellers before entering into transactions.

Seekers/Buyers should consider:

  • Reviews
  • Credentials
  • Pricing
  • Terms
  • Availability
  • Policies
  • Qualifications
  • Licensing
  • Suitability

FATB does not guarantee that any Provider/Seller will meet a Seeker/Buyer's expectations.

51. Reviews and ratings by members

Members may be permitted to submit reviews and ratings.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be:

  • Fabricated
  • Manipulated
  • Purchased
  • Threatening
  • Extortionate
  • Defamatory
  • Misleading
  • Submitted by someone with undisclosed conflicts where disclosure is required

FATB may moderate, remove, or restrict reviews in accordance with applicable policies and law.

51A. The founding period

Find All The Best is in its founding period. Founding access is currently free. No payment is collected during the founding period: no membership payment, no account verification fee, no professional plan fee, no payment for credits, no referral fee and no paid-placement fee, and we charge no commission. We do not ask for card details while payments are switched off. If you choose a paid plan during the founding period, your plan is reserved for future billing, and nothing is charged. Founding access remains free until FATB announces the end of the founding period. FATB will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and on the website. No member or professional will be moved to a paid plan automatically. Each person will choose whether to continue with a paid plan.

52. Membership fees

Certain membership levels or Platform services may require payment.

Before purchasing a paid membership, the applicable price and billing terms will be presented to you.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • After the founding period, the member plans are: FATB Discover, with no membership charge; FATB Access, $99 USD a year or $9.90 USD a month; and FATB Private Access, $299 USD a year or $29.90 USD a month. A monthly plan costs about 20% more over a year than the yearly price. These are future prices. None is charged during the founding period.
  • Find All The Best does not offer a free trial, and no free period converts into a paid plan.
  • Every new account has a one-time account verification and quality-control fee of $5 USD, collected only once live payments are enabled. It is separate from any membership price and is charged once, not on renewal. It is not proof of age: your age is confirmed separately, as set out in section 2.
  • Applicable taxes may be added.
  • Membership fees may be refunded during the first 7 days after purchase, provided you have not completed a purchase, booking or other paid transaction through FATB in that time. After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law.
  • Promotional pricing may be subject to additional terms.
  • A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, as set out in section 53.

52A. Professional plans

After the founding period, the professional plans are:

  • FATB Foundation: no plan charge. Up to 5 customer requests a month and 1 active listing. FATB commission 12%.
  • FATB Professional: $390 USD a year or $39 USD a month. Up to 15 customer requests a month and 5 active listings. FATB commission 8%.
  • FATB Select: $990 USD a year or $99 USD a month. Up to 50 customer requests a month and 20 active listings. FATB commission 5%.
  • FATB Signature: $2,490 USD a year or $249 USD a month. Up to 150 customer requests a month and 50 active listings. FATB commission 2.5%.

FATB's commission on any one transaction is never more than $750 USD, as set out in section 78.

A business or professional chooses a plan only after FATB has reviewed and approved its application, and pays nothing before then. The one-time account verification and quality-control fee of $5 USD applies once the account is verified and live payments are enabled.

No payment buys ranking, verification, approval, a Best designation or a faster or different review (section 65). A paid professional plan renews as set out in section 53.

53. Renewal

Free founding access does not renew into a paid plan. You will never be moved onto a paid plan without choosing it.

A paid plan is billed yearly or monthly, as you choose at checkout, and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Before checkout you are shown the billing frequency, the renewal date, how to cancel and the refund policy, and you confirm each of them. We remind you by email before a yearly plan renews. You can cancel at any time from your Account page: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.

54. Cancellation by members

Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time.

Cancellation may:

  • End access to certain membership benefits
  • Disable certain account features
  • Remove certain listings
  • Affect invitations or referral privileges

Cancellation does not necessarily erase information that FATB is legally or operationally required to retain.

55. Suspension or termination by FATB

FATB may suspend, restrict, or terminate membership where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A member violates these terms
  • Information is false or misleading
  • Fraud is suspected
  • The account presents a security risk
  • The member abuses referral privileges
  • The member manipulates reviews
  • The member engages in harassment
  • The member violates applicable law
  • The member misuses Platform features
  • The member harms the integrity of the FATB community
  • The member fails verification requirements
  • A Provider/Seller no longer meets applicable Platform standards

Where appropriate and legally required, FATB may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

56. Effect of termination

Upon termination or suspension:

  • Access to certain Platform features may immediately cease.
  • Listings may be unpublished.
  • Invitations may become invalid.
  • Referral privileges may be removed.
  • Membership benefits may end.
  • Pending applications may be cancelled.
  • Certain information may remain available where necessary for legal, security, transactional, or legitimate business purposes.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

57. Membership is personal

Membership accounts may not be sold or transferred without FATB's written authorization.

You may not:

  • Rent your account
  • Sell your account
  • Share credentials
  • Impersonate another member
  • Allow unauthorized persons to operate your account

Business accounts may be operated by authorized representatives, provided that the account owner remains responsible for the account.

58. Prohibited use

Members may not use FATB to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Scam users
  • Harass others
  • Discriminate unlawfully
  • Impersonate individuals or businesses
  • Upload malicious software
  • Circumvent Platform security
  • Manipulate rankings
  • Manipulate reviews
  • Create fake accounts
  • Abuse invitations
  • Sell referral codes without authorization
  • Scrape or harvest information improperly
  • Send spam
  • Conduct unlawful transactions
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Violate privacy rights
  • Circumvent membership restrictions
  • Attempt unauthorized access to another account
  • Interfere with Platform operations

FATB may take appropriate action when violations occur.

59. Membership benefits may change

FATB may add, modify, replace, or discontinue membership benefits, features, programs, badges, invitation allowances, recognition programs, or other Platform functionality.

Where required by law, members will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

60. No endorsement

The presence of a Provider, Seller, Guide, product, service, venue, or experience on FATB does not necessarily mean that FATB guarantees or endorses every aspect of that offering.

FATB may curate, review, verify, or feature certain listings, but members should conduct their own due diligence.

61. Intellectual property and membership

FATB's name, trademarks, logos, branding, website design, software, content, features, and other intellectual property belong to FATB or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Membership does not grant you ownership of FATB intellectual property.

Members may not use FATB trademarks or branding without appropriate authorization.

Part Three

Paying and being paid

Part Three applies whenever money moves: a membership fee, a purchase or booking made through FATB, a refund, or a payout to a business. Until 19 September 2026 it was a separate document called the Payments & Refunds Policy.

62. Types of payments

FATB may facilitate or process several types of payments, including:

  • Membership fees
  • Provider/Seller listing fees
  • Product purchases
  • Service bookings
  • Deposits
  • Event or venue bookings
  • Digital products or services
  • Other Platform-related charges

Not every payment type will be available to every member or in every location.

63. Membership payments

Certain FATB membership levels may require payment.

Before completing a membership purchase, the applicable:

  • Membership level
  • Price
  • Renewal terms
  • Applicable taxes
  • Promotional terms
  • Cancellation terms

will be presented to you.

By completing the purchase, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the terms presented at checkout.

63A. Credits

Some plans include credits. Credits may be used only for the services named on the membership page: eligible requests to professionals, additional responses from professionals, and Concierge requests. Credits never buy approval, verification, a Recommended badge, featured status, or another person's contact information. Credits cannot be bought during the founding period.

Credits that come with a plan are for the month they are given in. They are renewed at the start of each month and do not carry over. Credits you have bought can be used for 12 months from the day you bought them.

63B. Free connections

Browsing Find All The Best is free, and receiving a request is free. Each month, a member may send five connection requests at no charge, and a business or professional may respond to five at no charge. A connection is counted only when the person receiving it accepts or responds. A business or professional is never charged because a member sent a request. The five free connections are renewed at the start of each month and do not carry over. After them, you are shown the membership and credit options, and you choose; nobody is charged automatically. Your contact information is never revealed without your consent, and you can always write to each other privately through FATB messaging.

64. Charges already processed

Cancellation generally prevents future charges but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.

Cancelling your membership does not cancel or refund a product, service or booking you have purchased separately. Those remain governed by their own terms.

65. Provider and seller payments

Providers/Sellers may be required to pay fees for certain Platform services, including:

  • Membership
  • Listing
  • Other optional Platform features

Applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.

Applying to Find All The Best is free for every business and professional. FATB charges nothing to review an application, and considering a basic listing is free. The one-time account verification and quality-control fee of $5 USD applies only once an account is verified and live payments are enabled (section 52A).

The first twenty-five businesses approved in each Founding Destination are recognised as Founding Businesses. That is a recognition. It carries no fee, no discount and no different review.

Payment never buys standing. No payment of any kind, including a paid plan, buys approval, verification, a place in search results or on any page, a Best designation, a Recommended badge, editorial selection or a faster or different review. No plan includes placement.

FATB does not currently sell placement. If FATB later offers paid visibility, it will be a separate product, clearly labelled as paid, reviewed by FATB before it appears, limited in time, and with no effect on approval, verification or recommendation.

For each transaction paid through FATB Payments & Booking, the Provider/Seller is shown the gross amount, FATB's commission, the processing cost, any tax, any refund or chargeback, and the expected net payout.

The payment processor's cost for a transaction is borne by the Provider/Seller and is deducted from the payout. It is not added to the buyer's total.

FATB may change fees for future purchases or renewal periods, subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.

66. Buyer payments

Seekers/Buyers may use FATB to discover and, where enabled, purchase products or book services from Providers/Sellers.

The total amount payable may include:

  • Product or service price
  • Deposits
  • Booking fees
  • Delivery or shipping charges
  • Taxes
  • Applicable third-party charges

The applicable total should be displayed before you complete the transaction.

FATB's commission is paid by the Provider/Seller. It is taken from the amount paid out to the Provider/Seller and is not added to the buyer's total. The buyer is shown the complete total before paying. FATB adds no fee to a buyer's total that has not been shown to the buyer first.

67. Provider/Seller responsibility for pricing

Providers/Sellers are responsible for accurately displaying the prices, fees, deposits, cancellation policies, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable charges associated with their offerings.

FATB may provide technology for displaying or collecting such amounts but is not responsible for inaccurate pricing supplied by a Provider/Seller.

68. Payment processors

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

FATB may not receive or store complete payment card information when payment processing is performed by a third-party payment provider.

Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

69. Payment authorization

By submitting a payment, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method.
  • You are aged 18 or over.
  • The payment information is accurate.
  • The transaction is authorized by you.
  • You will not use a fraudulent or unauthorized payment method.

FATB may refuse, delay, cancel, or investigate a transaction when fraud, unauthorized activity, payment risk, or other suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

69A. Four kinds of refund

They are separate, and one does not imply another.

  1. Membership. The 7-day rule of section 70 applies.
  2. Credits. Credits you have bought can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase if none of them has been used. Credits that come with a plan are part of that plan and are not refunded separately.
  3. A transaction paid through FATB Payments & Booking. Sections 71 and 82 to 84 apply.
  4. A transaction made directly with a business. FATB did not process the payment and cannot refund it. Any refund is between you and the business, on the business's terms. Finding a business on Find All The Best does not make FATB responsible for a refund.

70. Refunds of membership fees

You may request a full refund of your FATB membership fee during the first 7 days after purchase, provided you have not completed a purchase, booking or other paid transaction through FATB during that period. After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

However, FATB may issue a refund, partial refund, credit, or other adjustment at its discretion where appropriate.

Examples may include:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Certain billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical errors
  • Circumstances required by applicable law
  • A refund expressly promised in a promotional offer
  • Other circumstances determined by FATB

A cancellation of membership does not necessarily create a right to a refund for the unused portion of an existing membership period.

71. Provider/Seller refund policies

Providers/Sellers may establish their own refund, cancellation, exchange, return, or service policies where permitted by law.

Before completing a transaction, Buyers should review the applicable Provider/Seller's policy.

Where a transaction is directly between a Buyer and a Provider/Seller, the Provider/Seller may be responsible for resolving the applicable refund or cancellation request.

FATB may assist with dispute resolution where Platform functionality or applicable policies provide for such assistance.

72. Service bookings

For booked services, cancellation and refund rights may depend upon:

  • The Provider/Seller's cancellation policy
  • The time of cancellation
  • Whether the service has commenced
  • Whether a deposit is refundable
  • Whether a custom service has already been prepared
  • Applicable law
  • The terms displayed at checkout

A Provider/Seller may be permitted to retain a disclosed deposit or cancellation fee where permitted by law.

73. Products

Product purchases may be subject to the applicable seller's:

  • Return policy
  • Exchange policy
  • Refund policy
  • Shipping policy
  • Warranty
  • Cancellation policy

Buyers should review these terms before purchasing.

Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

74. Digital products and services

Certain digital products, downloads, or digitally delivered services may have different refund rules.

FATB membership is not one of them. Its renewal is set out in section 53, and its refund window is the seven days set out in section 70 and nowhere else in these Terms.

Where applicable, the refund terms will be displayed before purchase.

Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been provided, refunds may be limited except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

75. Events, venues, and experiences

Bookings involving events, venues, travel-related experiences, entertainment, or other time-sensitive offerings may be subject to special cancellation terms.

The applicable cancellation and refund policy should be reviewed before completing the booking.

Certain deposits or fees may be non-refundable when expressly disclosed and legally permitted.

76. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be added to purchases, memberships, bookings, or other charges where required by law.

Tax treatment may vary depending on:

  • Product or service
  • Seller location
  • Buyer location
  • Transaction location
  • Applicable tax laws
  • Type of transaction

Providers/Sellers may remain responsible for their own tax obligations.

77. Currency

FATB's launch currency is the United States dollar (USD), and prices are charged in USD.

FATB may in future display prices in other currencies depending on the user's location, account settings, Provider/Seller settings, or Platform functionality.

Currency conversion rates may be supplied by third-party payment or financial service providers.

The final amount charged may differ from an estimated converted amount because of:

  • Exchange-rate fluctuations
  • Bank fees
  • Card issuer fees
  • International transaction fees
  • Payment processor fees
  • Other third-party charges

78. Payment processing fees

Certain transactions may include Platform, payment-processing, booking, service, or other fees.

Any applicable FATB fees are disclosed before the transaction is completed.

FATB's commission. Where a transaction is paid through FATB Payments & Booking, FATB's commission is a percentage of the transaction set by the plan the Provider/Seller holds when the transaction is made: 12% on FATB Foundation, 8% on FATB Professional, 5% on FATB Select and 2.5% on FATB Signature. FATB's commission on any one eligible transaction is never more than $750 USD.

The $750 limit applies to FATB's commission only. It does not include payment-processor fees, taxes, shipping, customs charges, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks or other third-party fees.

No commission is charged during the founding period, or on any transaction FATB does not process.

Third-party financial institutions may independently charge additional fees.

FATB does not control fees imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

79. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, incorrect, or fraudulent, contact FATB as soon as reasonably possible.

We encourage members to contact FATB before initiating a payment chargeback when appropriate so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If you initiate a chargeback, FATB may provide relevant transaction information to the payment processor or financial institution to respond to the dispute.

You may always dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge. If a payment is reversed, returned, or disputed, FATB may temporarily restrict paid features while the transaction is reviewed. Accounts are closed only when FATB determines that there was intentional fraud, unauthorized payment use, or repeated abuse of the payment system. Raising a legitimate billing dispute, or reporting an unauthorized payment, is never by itself a reason to restrict or close an account.

80. Fraud and payment security

FATB may use automated and manual systems to identify potentially fraudulent transactions.

We may:

  • Request additional verification
  • Delay transactions
  • Cancel transactions
  • Restrict payment methods
  • Restrict accounts
  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Require identity or business verification
  • Cooperate with payment processors and financial institutions

These measures are intended to protect FATB and its users.

81. Refunds after account termination

If your account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of FATB policies, refund eligibility may be affected.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

82. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted through:

Email: billing@findallthebest.com

or through the applicable Support / Billing section of your FATB account.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Account email
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction or order number
  • Amount charged
  • Reason for the request
  • Relevant supporting information

FATB may request additional information to verify the transaction.

83. Refund review

FATB may review refund requests individually.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Approve a full refund
  • Approve a partial refund
  • Issue a Platform credit
  • Deny the request
  • Refer the matter to the Provider/Seller
  • Refer the matter to the applicable payment processor

Refund decisions will be made in accordance with applicable law and the terms governing the transaction.

84. Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, processing time may vary.

FATB may initiate the refund promptly, but the time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on:

  • Payment processor
  • Bank
  • Card issuer
  • Payment method
  • Currency
  • International processing

FATB cannot guarantee the exact date a financial institution will post a refund.

85. Cancellation before payment

Where an order, booking, or membership application has not yet been paid for, you may generally cancel before payment is completed, subject to any applicable terms.

Certain transactions may be processed immediately and therefore may not be cancellable after confirmation.

86. Promotional pricing

FATB may offer:

  • Introductory pricing
  • Promotional memberships
  • Discounts
  • Limited-time offers
  • Referral promotions
  • Complimentary periods
  • Other promotional pricing

Promotions may have additional conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing applies to the period purchased only, and does not guarantee the same price for any later year. A paid plan renews as set out in section 53.

87. Complimentary memberships

FATB may provide complimentary or promotional membership periods.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Complimentary memberships have no cash value.
  • They may expire at the end of the promotional period.
  • They may not be transferred or sold.
  • They may be subject to eligibility requirements.
  • A payment method may be required if you choose to continue as a paid member.

88. Referrals and recognition

FATB's referral and invitation system may recognize members or Guides who successfully introduce new users or exceptional businesses to the Platform.

Unless FATB expressly announces a financial referral program:

Successful referrals do not create an automatic right to cash, commissions, credits, discounts, or other monetary compensation.

Recognition may instead include badges, status, rankings, acknowledgements, or other non-monetary benefits.

FATB may introduce additional referral programs in the future subject to separate terms.

89. No guarantee of transaction outcomes

FATB provides technology designed to facilitate discovery and connections.

FATB does not guarantee that:

  • A Provider/Seller will complete a transaction
  • A Buyer will complete payment
  • A product will meet expectations
  • A service will meet expectations
  • A booking will occur
  • A Provider/Seller will honour a transaction
  • A Buyer will honour a transaction
  • A refund will be granted by a third party

FATB's responsibilities, if any, regarding a particular transaction depend upon the applicable Platform service and transaction terms.

90. Third-party payment providers

Certain payments may be processed by third-party companies.

Those companies may establish additional terms concerning:

  • Payment processing
  • Currency conversion
  • Fraud prevention
  • Refund processing
  • Chargebacks
  • Payouts

You may be required to accept those providers' terms to complete certain transactions.

91. Provider/Seller payouts

Where FATB facilitates payments to Providers/Sellers, payouts may be subject to:

  • Verification
  • Payment processor requirements
  • Applicable fees
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks
  • Reserves
  • Fraud investigations
  • Transaction disputes
  • Legal requirements

FATB may delay or withhold payouts where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, disputes, chargebacks, legal obligations, or payment risk.

92. Errors in pricing or billing

FATB may correct obvious pricing, billing, or transaction errors.

Where an error materially affects a transaction, FATB may:

  • Correct the charge
  • Cancel the transaction
  • Refund the affected amount
  • Contact the affected user
  • Request confirmation before proceeding

93. Important legal notice about Part Three

This Part Three is a working policy for Find All The Best and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

The final wording should be customized based on FATB's actual:

  • Payment processor
  • Marketplace payment structure
  • Subscription model
  • Membership pricing
  • Provider/Seller payout structure
  • Cancellation rules
  • Product return rules
  • Booking model
  • Applicable jurisdictions
  • Sales-tax obligations
  • Consumer protection obligations
  • International payment requirements
  • Chargeback procedures

Nothing in this Part is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
