- Lawful
- Complete
- Not misleading
- Appropriate for the selected category
A listing must accurately describe the actual product, service, venue, or experience being offered.

- Pricing
- Availability

- Taxes
- Deposits
- Service charges
- Delivery fees
- Booking fees
- Cancellation fees
- Other mandatory charges
Nothing in these Business Terms permits a Provider/Seller to avoid legally required price disclosures.
11. Orders, bookings, and transactions
Where FATB facilitates a transaction, the Provider/Seller remains responsible for fulfilling its obligations to the Buyer unless FATB expressly assumes responsibility for a particular transaction.
Providers/Sellers must:
- Honour confirmed orders or bookings
- Provide the agreed product or service
- Communicate material changes
- Honour disclosed pricing and terms
- Handle customer inquiries appropriately
- Follow applicable cancellation and refund policies
12. Provider/Seller refund policies
Providers/Sellers must maintain clear refund, return, cancellation, and exchange policies where applicable.
Policies must comply with applicable law.
If a Provider/Seller offers a service or product subject to a specific cancellation or refund policy, that policy should be clearly presented to the Buyer before the applicable transaction is completed where required.

Communications must be:
- Professional

Providers/Sellers may not use FATB messaging systems to send spam, phishing attempts, malware, fraudulent offers, or unrelated mass marketing.
14. Off-platform transactions
FATB may allow users to communicate directly and, where appropriate, complete transactions outside the Platform.
However, Providers/Sellers remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and their obligations to customers.
FATB may not be able to provide the same transaction protections, records, dispute assistance, or payment protections for transactions completed entirely outside FATB.
15. Fees
Providers/Sellers may be required to pay fees for:
- Membership
- Listings
- Transaction facilitation
- Other Platform features
Applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.

FATB's commission is never more than $750 USD on one transaction. A one-time account verification and quality-control fee of $5 USD applies once an account is verified and live payments are enabled. A plan is chosen only after FATB has reviewed and approved the application. During the founding period no plan fee, verification fee or commission is collected.
Additional payment terms are in Part Three of the Terms of Service.
16. Payouts
Where FATB facilitates payments to Providers/Sellers, payouts may be subject to:

Depending on the transaction and applicable law, FATB or a third-party payment provider may collect certain taxes.
Providers/Sellers should obtain their own professional tax advice.

- Future business performance
FATB may remove or change a verification status when circumstances warrant.

- Geographic relevance
- Availability
- Platform standards
- Other factors
Providers/Sellers do not have an automatic right to a particular ranking or position.
20. Featured placement
Payment never buys standing. No payment of any kind, including a paid plan, buys approval, verification, a place in search results or on any page, a Best designation, a Recommended badge, editorial selection or a faster or different review. No plan includes placement.
FATB does not currently sell placement. If FATB later offers paid visibility, it will be a separate product, clearly labelled as paid, reviewed by FATB before it appears, limited in time, and with no effect on approval, verification or recommendation.

23. Guide referrals
A Provider/Seller may be discovered or referred by a FATB Guide.
Guide attribution may be maintained within FATB's systems.
A Guide's recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of approval.
FATB retains final authority over Provider/Seller approval.
24. Referral and invitation abuse
Providers/Sellers may receive limited invitation privileges.
They may not:
- Sell invitations
- Sell referral codes
- Create fraudulent referrals
- Create fake accounts
- Manipulate referral attribution
- Spam prospective members
- Misrepresent FATB
- Circumvent invitation restrictions
FATB may revoke referral privileges for misuse.
25. Intellectual property
Providers/Sellers retain ownership of intellectual property they own and lawfully submit to FATB.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide the content.
You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights.
26. Use of business name and trademarks
You authorize FATB to display your approved business name, logo, trademarks, and publicly submitted business information for purposes of operating and promoting your FATB listing.
This authorization does not transfer ownership of your trademarks or intellectual property to FATB.
27. Photographs and portfolio material
Providers/Sellers are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions for photographs, videos, people, properties, artwork, products, and other materials they upload.
You must not upload material without the necessary rights or permissions.
28. Professional licenses
Where a profession requires licensing, certification, registration, insurance, or other authorization, the Provider/Seller is responsible for maintaining all required credentials.
FATB may request evidence of licensing or certification.
A Provider/Seller must notify FATB if a required license, certification, registration, or authorization expires, is suspended, or is revoked.

Reasons may include:
- Policy violations
- Inaccurate information
- Legal concerns
- Verification issues
- Customer safety
- Fraud prevention
- Technical issues
- Category changes
- Platform restructuring
Removal of a listing does not necessarily terminate the Provider/Seller's entire account.
35. Account termination
A Provider/Seller may close its account subject to any outstanding contractual or financial obligations.
FATB may terminate an account in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service and these Business Terms.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
36. No guarantee of business results
FATB does not guarantee:
- Leads

- Referrals
- Reviews

37. Independent business relationship
Providers/Sellers are independent businesses or professionals.
Nothing in these Business Terms creates:
- An employment relationship
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Franchise
- Fiduciary relationship
- Agency relationship
between FATB and a Provider/Seller unless expressly agreed in writing.
38. Disputes with buyers
Providers/Sellers are generally responsible for resolving disputes concerning their own products, services, bookings, and transactions.

Nothing in these Business Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
